Product Introduction：

Used for vacuum sintering of rare earth permanent magnet materials, cemented carbide, ceramic materials and titanium alloy materials and sintering (welding) and vacuum heat treatment process of diamond tools. The series of furnace has mature and pragmatic structure and more type options and configurations, and is general equipment in the field of powder sintering.


Configuration Option： 


1. Efficient vacuum dewaxing/degreasing device
2. Internal circulation or external circulation cooling system
3. Inflation pressure ≤0.1MPa/0.2MPa (absolute pressure, the same below)
4. Low temperature convection heating device
5. Low pressure control device meets the requirements of special atmosphere process
6. High temperature metal/graphite material heating system selection, facilitate different atmosphere requirements
7. Optional high/medium vacuum degree and larger vacuum unit or one-drag-two system, effectively reduce the equipment cost and use cost
