DX Series Pressurized Vacuum Sintering Furnace
Product Introduction:
DX series vacuum furnace was developed for sintering high-performance rare earth permanent magnet material NdFeB. The increase of the ratio of L/W*H of work zone and microcomputer multipoint automatic temperature control achieve good temperature uniformity, and rapid air cooling system provides 360° uniform cooling airflow, and also can be used for material tempering, annealing and ageing process.
Configuration Option:
1. Efficient vacuum dewaxing/degreasing device
2. Internal circulation or external circulation cooling system
3. Special material process can attach low temperature convection heating device
4. Low pressure control device meets the requirements (such as restraining the volatilization of alloying element) of special atmosphere process
5. High temperature metal (nickel-chromium, molybdenum, tungsten)/graphite material heating system selection facilitates the requirement of different temperature or material processes
